    Yes! The TRANSPARENCY Portal is completely free for all our agency partners. 

    Yes you can. However, we typically offer no more than 2 users per agency. One of which must be a senior manager/director such as; finance manager, commercial director, and the other typically being a recruitment consultant, allowing them to check on worker statuses on a day-to-day basis. 

    Yes. We only offer the TRANSPARENCY Portal to our agency partners. The Portal is not available outside of this currently.  If you're agency is looking for a new umbrella partner. Look no further than ADVANCE. 

    Absolutely, our Live Payroll feature shows workers payment in REAL-TIME. Going one-step-further our Employee section also shows individual timesheets for all workers so you can track, analyse and audit each payment made. 

    The Portal is updated daily, every 15-mins and our data is backed up everyday. 

    Our Individual PAYE References are offered to our partners that provide umbrella contractors or both umbrella and CIS workers. However you can speak to your Account Manager about having access to this portal.
